ISE appreciates your participation and encourages personal photography, videography and sharing your stories from our events. Thank you for your cooperation with these policies.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY RECORDING & CAPTURE POLICY
 

ISE College Showcase Events

ISE LLC (ISE) often contracts official photography and/or videography service providers for showcase events. Therefore, no other professional photo or video recording/capturing service shall be permitted at the venues where these service providers are present as outlined and identified in official ISE event materials and communications. Only personal, non-commercial photography and video recording is permitted by participants if filming and capture does not interfere with gameplay and is conducted in a safe and non-disruptive manner as deemed acceptable by ISE. ISE reserves the right to limit, restrict, or stop video recording at its sole discretion at any time, before, during, or after an event. Coaches, club and team officials, as well as family, friends, and fans of players shall be permitted to photograph or videotape the games, for non-commercial purposes, provided that such person or persons do not interfere with ISE’s officially contracted photographer’s and videographer’s duties, do not use professional ‘elevated’ equipment (above 5ft), or in a location that is deemed as unsafe, undesirable, or distracting to the playing environment or venue. If, in the opinion of the ISE Tournament Director, such persons filming from 5ft or above and/or are inhibiting photographers and videographers from performing his or her duties, ISE shall require the person to stop all further capture/recording. No external structures (scaffolds, large tripods, etc.) will be permitted to be erected on site at any event venue without the prior approval by the ISE Tournament Director. If you would like to license, sell, or resell any content recorded or captured at ISE events, you must have prior approval from ISE.

ISE Non-Showcase Events

Currently, ISE is not contracted with any photography or videography capturing service providers for non-showcase events but may do so at any time in the future. Therefore, personal, non-commercial photos and video capturing is permitted at any event venue, unless otherwise noted in event materials and communications. If you would like to erect photo or video recording equipment or structures (scaffolds, elevated tripods, etc.) at any event venue, you must have prior approval from the ISE Tournament Director. If you would like to license, sell, or resell any content recorded or captured at ISE events, you must have prior approval from ISE.

All ISE Events

No drones are permitted at any ISE event or venue without prior approval by the ISE Tournament Director. ISE does not allow any third-party professional photography or videography capturing or editing services at their events without the prior approval of ISE. ISE does not allow the licensing, sale, or resale of any content recorded or captured at their events without the prior approval of the ISE. PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING, CAPTURE & USE AT ISE EVENTS
 

Photo, Video, and Audio Recording, Capture and Use

International Sporting Events LLC (ISE) reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recordings taken publicly at any contracted facility or event produced by ISE or its contracted vendors and business partners, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio. ISE may use photographs, video footage, or audio in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by ISE, including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, invitations, catalogs, books, advertisements, radio, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, email, video, signage, social media, multimedia, broadcast or live stream, promotions, training and educational materials, marketing and sales materials, any and all forms of communication, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, subjects in photography, video and audio will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the recorded subject or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian. A person entering an ISE owned or contracted facility or attending an ISE event who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the event photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact ISE at 8 Cornwall Court, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph/headshot. ISE will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence. By the act of an individual entering an ISE facility, participating in an ISE event, or by failing to notify ISE, in writing, of their desire to not have their image or audio used by ISE, its contracted vendors or business partners; they are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify ISE, its vendors, business partners, heirs, licensees or assignees from any and all claims involving the use of their picture or likeness. Any person, business or organization not affiliated with or contracted by ISE may not use, copy, alter or modify ISE photographs, graphics, audio, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from ISE.
 

Please be aware. When you enter an International Sporting Events LLC (ISE) event or facility, you will be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur. By entering an ISE event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other communication or promotional purpose by ISE and its affiliates, business partners, vendors, and their representatives. You release ISE, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering an ISE event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ISE or the person or entity designated to do so by ISE. You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or facility.
